At the beginning of the process you will be assigned a personal agent who will give you a phone interview about your current information and the goals you are trying to accomplish in buying a property. When buying a home the most important goal that needs to be achieved is your pre-qualification from our mortgage company to see how much money you can borrow to purchase a home.
Once you have been pre approved for a loan the true home buying process begins. Your agent will then consult with you about your favorite area’s that you would want to purchase a property and set you up with an all encompassing market watch for those specified areas. One of our real estate goals for our clients is, we want you to learn your real estate markets to make the best financial decisions when making an offer.
