Baltimore County Notes

Baltimore County, Maryland, is home to the U.S. Social Security Administration, which has its national headquarters located in Woodlawn Maryland.

Black & Decker also plays a vital role in the Baltimore County economy with a large facility located in Towson. A recent $12 Million dollar investment  by the company was made to represent their commitment to the future of Baltimore County and shows the forward thinking that makes them great. 

Baltimore County, Maryland, is also home to several top notch higher education campuses.

 Towson University founded in 1886 was Maryland's first school dedicated to training state teachers & still produces the most teachers in the state. Towson University is the second largest public university in Maryland and was noted by Kiplingers Personal Finance Magazine as one of the top 100 values in public colleges.

On a side note, Goucher College recently ranked as the college with the happiest students.
