As of the end of December 2011 the average sold price of homes in the Baltimore County area came in at $243,870 up from the same time last year at $240,907.
Active listings in the Baltimore County real estate area totaled 3,249 with only 338 properties actually going under contract.
Average days on market for Baltimore County real estate hit 127 days up from 112 fr the same time last year.
