Newly Released Baltimore Metro Real Estate Closed Sales Stats
During the month of December 2011, 1,726 properties sold in the Baltimore Metro area for a total sold dollar amount of $452,282,120.
Average sold price for homes in the Baltimore Metro Real Estate area came in at $262,042 which is down from the same time last year at $264,337.
Average days on market for homes in the Baltimore Metro area slightly increased to 130 days compared to 116 days at that time last year.
