Baltimore Real Estate Market Shows Strength Coming into Fall

In 2015 total inventory has fell almost 1% to 14,351 active real estate listings. Townhomes have risen by roughly 5000 units and an R.E. Shilow Realty favorite, single-family detached listings fell by nearly 9000. New listings of 4,949 are 5.5% higher than September 2014. Median days-on-market (DOM) rose to 45, which is one day more than last year and six days more than last month.
