Maryland Suburbs See Best Fall Market Since 2013

Hello everyone, here is the 3rd quarter Maryland Suburbs Market Insight report:

This has been the best quarter in Maryland real estate in the past 3 years and the best real estate in the past years. Compared to the Maryland Suburb statics of last year new listings are up 5.9 %, properties under contract is up 10%, and closed sales are up 8%. With properties under contract 4% higher than new listings for the quarter this would suggest a healthy decrease in market supply coming into the 4th real estate quarter. The monthly supply is at just under 3.5 which is 2 months lower than the national average.

Third quarter total value sold in Maryland Suburbs was $627,944,635 and the average Price per Sq Foot was $218.
