We are also committed to making our agents’ success easier than ever by offering the latest technology, including paperless real estate transactions and a state of the art website. You and your clients will have online access to all aspects of the transaction at all times, so you will be able to provide the best service available.

Our commission plans are simple, as follows: 

Plan 1 - Independent Agent (Must Have 3 Years Experience)

100% Commission, $200 per month, $400 Transaction Fee.

• Zipforms Transaction Forms Software
• Docusign Electronic Signing

Plan 2 - Top Producer Program

All agents average over $42,000.00 the first year and $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 the second year. We provide all leads to ensure you success with a 50/50 split and if you bring your own business we provide a 70/30 split.

• Training Program (With a  Vice President who closes no less than 15 deals per year)
• DataBase Management System (CRM)
• Company Email and Calander System
• E&O
• Simple IRA through Franklin Templeton
• Business Cards
• Property Signage
• Forms Builder/Transaction Management
• DocuSign Electronic Signing Software
• Office Time any Time

Our office is 100% paperless and there are no fees, you must close at least one deal a month after your three month acquaintance period. We also provide draws up to 50% of your commission for any deals approved on the books.

This position has the potential to be promoted within 24 months, running your own team.

Experienced agents have the potential to be running their own team as soon as they join, depending on the book of business they bring with them. The opportunities are endless for successful agents.
