Dan Scheler Biography

Dan Scheler first got involved in real estate in 2015 as an investor and quickly fell in love with the business, so much so he decided to pursue his career in real estate license. Dan is a full-time federal law enforcement special agent and now also earns a full-time income investing and brokering real estate with a focus on government employees, government contractors, America's armed forces, and veterans. 

Dan specializes in assisting government employees with all of their real estate needs.  As a current federal government employee with more than 13 years experience in federal law enforcement, Dan is fully aware of the struggles and challenges that government workers face when it comes to having their expectations met when it comes to real estate.  Dan’s educational background with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland and a Master’s Degree from American Military University combined with his background in law enforcement has provided him with the perfect tools to effectively advocate on behalf of his clients.  His attention to detail, organizational abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills are superior to what you will find with other real estate agents.
