Shelley Lipscomb is a young entrepreneur with many years of experience in finance and construction/project management. She graduated from The University of Baltimore with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration (MBA).  For many years, Shelley worked as a Commercial Construction Estimator and Project Manager. Some of her larger projects include petroleum systems for mega retail giants and had revenues in the millions.

Now as a proud member of R.E Shilow Realty, Shelley manages all construction projects for the firm and works intimately with real estate investors to ensure the most profitable of outcomes. She takes pride in her home state of Maryland and continuously contracts with small business owners. She believes her efforts help to promote the Baltimore/Maryland economy. She believes in hard work and that “to whom much is given, much is required.” 

When she’s not on job sites or crunching numbers on budgets, Shelley can be found at home with her amazing family and devastatingly handsome dog, Maxx. She enjoys nature and quality time with her loved ones.
