Additional roadways that serve as major connectors to the north and south are Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard and Jumpers Hole Road.

The Baltimore and Annapolis Trail is a major attraction in the Severna Park area. The B&A Trail is a 13.5 mile paved trail used by the community for hiking and biking. The B&A Trail extends from MD 176 to Annapolis. The B&A Trail was formerly the Baltimore and Annapolis Railroad.
